Comfort Suites near Indianapolis Airport

Although our reservation made through booking.com was not forwarded to this Comfort Inn the hotel worked with us to get us a room. Only two handicapped rooms remained because of a large event occurring in Indianapolis. We were given one of those rooms.

The pool was nice, the area seemed safe, the staff was friendly, and the property was clean

The big surprise was the room itself. It was large, and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The air conditioner unit had the option of turning on the fan which provided white noise to block out anything sounds from outside the hotel or the hallway. A really excellent night's sleep was had.

The room was clean. The breakfast was good and glad that it opened at 6:30 am. We had to leave at 7 am. It was close to the Fairgrounds. We were able to pick where we wanted our room. The attendant gave us options. He also was happy to give us sheets and a pillow for the pull out couch since the room didn't have any.

breakfast was fine. wish there was biscuits and gravy but it was still okay.

The girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. They had a tasty, free breakfast. Waffles, cereal, scrambled eggs, sausage links, bagles, bread, etc.

I arrived very late one night off a flight. I was tired and had to take the shuttle to the hotel. The shuttle driver, an older gentleman, was lovely. And then upon arrival the two women were so kind and professional. I don’t know their names; one woman had tattoos and the other had dark hair. They were just lovely. Very good representations of your business.
